Senior Retail Outlet Manager
Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
Oversees the operations of retail store and supervises related staff.
 
Administers overall sales strategies and procedures.
Ensures systems are operating efficiently and improves quality of customer service by analyzing problems and creating solutions.
Designs and creates merchandising schemes to allow best utilization of facilities and products.
Trains staff on proper procedures for implementation.
Manages proper staffing in order to provide excellent customer service while maintaining corporate efficiencies.
Maintains and directs correct reporting systems for measurable data.
Ensures operating strategies are consistent with company goals and objectives.
Establishes and maintains procedures for opening and closing cash drawer reconciliation.
 
Supervision of Others:
Supervises related staff by performing such duties as recommending employment status (i.e., hiring, terminating, promotions, issuing warnings, etc.), interviewing applicants, counseling, training, scheduling, resolving conflicts, coordinating with other departments, conducting associate meetings, recommending wage increases, etc.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Detailed work and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and professionally.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Communicate (hearing & speech) with individuals in person and by phone.
  • Visually read reports, computer screen, etc.
  • Ten or more years prior experience in retail or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy..
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Able to speak FLUENT Mandarin and English
