Executive, Reporting & Analysis

Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Analysis
- Perform data extraction, report generation and preparation - sales, campaigns, management, compliance.
- Statutory reporting - BNM & LIAM reports.
- Preparation of EXCO & QSBM slides.
- Perform various analysis.
- Recommend/monitor performances of distribution channels.
- Assist in report, system and product testing to ensure the relevant outputs are captured accorddingly and accurately using adequate scenarios.
- Handles department enquiries pertaining to product codes and reports.
- Upload, ensure accuracy and maintain latest info/production in the Bancassurance Portal.
- Ensure commission reports are generated and tally with cheque issuance.
- Coordinate agent code structure and request.
- Liaise with ISD, operations and department to ensure business requirements are understood.
- Ensure system testing is done appropriately with adequate scenarios.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Statistical background is preferred.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seksyen 51A,PJ City.
